"USA": Beginning of the secrecy and of the fraud at the
end of the 1950s
The argument that the Apollo program had never been kept secret because
there were too many people involved is not a solid argument as it can
be proved, because a little clique can mislead 100,000s of people when
the clique has got the power and the mass does not know anything
(Wisnewski, p.128-129). The experience of secrecy and fraud of the
public by the "American" atmosphere flight begins even much earlier,
actually with the Discoverer / Corona program with espionage satellites
since the end of the 1950s. The fraud was a system even then already.

Napoleon, Stalin, Hitler, Pinochet, and also CIA, Johnson, Nixon, Bush.

Discoverer / Corona program: The precise exchange of
freight before liftoff
The liftoff of the Discoverer / Corona espionage satellites is
performed on the Vandenberg Air Force Base. More or less all is a lie
(Wisnewski, p.130).

According to contemporary witness Bill Obenauf from armament enterprise "Lockheed" the
Discoverer program is deliberately published as a "research program"
though it's a military espionage program. To fool the public there are
several "operation techniques":
-- the official freight for the "research" is exchanged in the last
moment before liftoff by a military freight
-- mice for an experiment are of plastic for "goof fotos"
-- heart beats of the mice which are said to be from an atmosphere
flight are artificial
-- the mice starts are masking military projects
-- a kind of masking is e.g. to build monkey capsules which are never
used at the end

Head of the Discoverer program is not the NASA as it is lied officially
but the CIA under head of secret service Richard Bissell, a notorious
faker of the civil atmosphere flight ("space flight") (Wisnewski,
p.130).
Add to this Bissell is a mafia collaborator against Fidel Castro and
against Chequevara. There is a project to poison them both.

CIA is founding an own office for the Discoverer missions, the "Black
Corona Office" under leadership of General Osmund Ridland. By this
"Discoverer" is in fact "Corona" and it's an absolute espionage program
to bring espionage satellites into an orbit over the "Soviet Union"
(Wisnewski, p.130).
[So the Sputnik and the Corona projects just come up at the same time.
If one considers that "US" banks are financing the "Soviet Union" there
can be seen a tactic to bring the whole world population into a panic:
by the CIA who is probably also conducting the "Soviet Union"].

All in all there are 14 official test flights before the
military. But the truth is another one: There are no test flights, but
the first 12 espionage flights fail, with a camera on board.

Crash of the first Discoverer / Corona espionage
satellites - the procedure of fraud and manipulation of the masses at
the NASA
The first Discoverer / Corona espionage satellite in 1959 ("Discoverer
1") seems to be good. The Air Force reports the liftoff on half of the
height and reports this rashly on a press conference. But then
Discoverer 1 cannot be found on the radar any more. Three weeks are
told lies and lies to the public about a satellite flying around though
there is no satellite any more. NASA thinks firmly the satellite
crashed into the sea.

NASA and the "US" government realize that such manipulations against
the public are functioning absolutely well (Wisnewski, p.131).
During the next period of time the secrecy and the fraud is not changed
until 1995 up to Clintons resolution to release the espionage fotos,
inclusively the secret procedures at the Apollo program (Wisnewski,
p.133).
Add to this the only control point, the other super power "Soviet
Union", has not the courage to discover something about the enemy
because also the regime of the "Soviet Union" wants to keep many things
"secret" (Wisnewski, p.131).
Add to this there are many taboo barriers within the Discoverer /
Corona program, and if the taboo barriers were not respected the staff
would loose their job. Nobody is speaking (Wisnewski, p.131).
And "scientists" can be deceived very well:
-- capsules for monkey are exchanged one day before liftoff by a
capsule with a camera, and this "functions" (according to Bill Obenauf,
insider from Lockheed) (Wisnewski, p.131)
-- when there are clouds over the "Soviet Union" and the espionage
satellite cannot fly some simple lies are spread, e.g. according to
Bill Obenauf there is said there is a "freight problem" in the rocket.
By this the whole Discoverer Corona program is stopped for a while,
some 1,000 people are waiting and do not know precisely why (Wisnewski,
p.132)
-- curious questions are answered by fantastic answers which make all
ridiculous (Wisnewski, p.132-133)
-- engine troubles or other troubles are explained with pretexts and
never admitted. The parts of crashed satellites which had a
self-destruction mechanism have to be collected. For this special
action is performed, e.g. to look for a lens in the sand of a beach
etc., so nobody will find the lens in the sand and a suspicion could
come up (Wisnewski, p.133).
According to Wisnewski for secrecy of a program "it's enough that a
hard, isolated core crew knows the truth, and the other big part of the
[uninformed] followers only knows their task in their job." (Wisnewski,
p.132).

[And because NASA is under military order everybody who speaks out the
truth will loose his job or is even murdered].
All in all the test run of secrecy of the Discovery / Corona program is
functioning smoothly and is continued in all other "programs" up to the
Apollo program and even after it. Shortly before the Apollo liftoff
e.b.the freight in the capsules is exchanged, and the freight are the
astronauts who regularly are leaving a short time before liftoff (Wisnewski, p.131).
Discoverer / Corona 13: The first canister with a film
is brought down

Corona flight, this time without a camera, is successful. The try to
bring a canister on a parachute over the sea (to perform a splashdown
of a canister) is "successful".

The "SU" launches an "American" espionage airplane -
and now the mood is hot in the world
The "Soviet Union" launches an old fashioned "American"
espionage airplane "U2". The material damage for the "USA" is not much.
But in the public there can be provoked a big unrest (Wisnewski,
p.130).
"USA" maintain first it had been a "weather airplane". Only when the
"Soviet" government presents the pilot Francis Gary Powers and presents
the airplane which is partly intact the Stupid States have to admit their
lie.

But the new generation of Discovery / Corona satellites is ready
(Wisnewski, p.130).
[So it would be logic if the launch of the espionage airplane would be
a CIA provocation].
All in all the "US" government is loosing now the confidence of the
"US" population the first time, and the split becomes larger and larger
with every crime the "US" government is committing, with a culmination
point in the media during Watergate in 1972.

Snatching airplanes for snatching the little capsules
with the foto films
"USA" develop a technique how space capsules on a parachute can
be snatched in the air by another airplane. The airplanes are adapted
and the pilots are said they had to snatch peaks of rockets, and even
higher ranks do not know what is going on. They don't know that in the
little space capsules are espionage films from the espionage satellites.

The 14th Discoverer / Corona flight
is a success with a snatched canister in the air
After one Earth orbit a canister is dropped from the satellite
on a parachute. With specially adapted airplanes the canister is
snatched
out the air by the specially equipped aircraft.

The airplane are snatching with their grip arms the parachutes of the
canisters from above. The "US" special force is on Hawaii. For the
little space capsules (canisters) are chosen mostly lonely landing
spots in
the South Pacific where only a small number of humans live and where is
hardly any control.

The "US" rocket espionage in the "Soviet Union" by

Up to 1964 the Discoverer / Corona espionage satellites are
photographing all ICBM sites of the "Soviet Union" [all rocket
stations, ICBM=Intercontinental Ballistic Missile]. And also the camera
equipment is always better and better which has heavy conditions in the
Earth orbit in the high atmosphere.

Clinton's espionage fotos from the
1960s
Clinton's resolution to release the espionage fotos of the Discoverer /
Corona program is no sensation because the fotos are absolutely old
fashioned (Wisnewski, p.133).
[This
is the absolute proof that the Discoverer / Corona programm was not a
scientific one but was a military espionage program. At the same time
the secrecy over the Apollo program which stands under military
order is functioning yet until today...]
